Calling on New Castle County to Address Reassessment Inequities

When large tax increases happen in places that were thought to be paying more than their fair share of taxes before the reassessment, that's a red flag.
And when recent sales are assessed for more than they sold for in Hilltop, Tilton and West Center City, but less than they sold for in Greenville, that's another red flag.
That's why we're asking New Castle County to review the assessment values in Wilmington's Hilltop, Tilton and West Center City neighborhoods and "equalize and make perfect the assessments."
